17th Annual QLA Conference

July 5 & 6, 2002

Even though "mother nature" dropped over 30 inches of rainfall in San Antonio, the 17th annual QLA conference was attended by 75 persons. An expiring keynote address was given by Debra J. Crumpton. Other speakers include Dr. J Douglass Trapp, Bill Cain, and Dr. Don Schiller. Vickie White was recognized as the 2002 Barnett Harbinger award recipient.
